My live edge pieces are hand-sculpted, oiled and finished with centuries old methods and recipes. Every hand selected slab is conditioned with natural oils for 6 weeks, then burnished with a hand blended French Polish finish, preserving the organic beauty. These hardwood slabs are chosen for their unique, elegant characteristics.

Now based out of the North Carolina Appalachians, I am restoring a 110 year-old schoolhouse with my wife Maya and Boston Terrier pup. We all moved back east from the west coast where I worked on some great high visibility projects for Saks 5th, Tom Ford, Maison Martin Margiela and Trina Turk, Vintage nitrocellulose guitar finishes for Johnny Depp, the guys in Aerosmith, Social Distortion, The Wallflowers and The Killers, as well as bronze patinas for the Getty Museum. I am proud of this work and have taken my 25 years experience of custom finishes and design to develop my current work, making pieces of the highest quality, built to last centuries.

These tables are presented in a way that celebrates the natural beauty of the wood.

My slab tables have a handworked feel, almost petrified, like polished stone. The end result is the highest quality live edge furniture, organic and elegant.
